Your dominant hand should hold the club underneath your non-dominant hand. The club should be located in the gap between the palm and fingers, not in the palm. The ring finger and little finger of the lower hand should hold the club as much as possible, and the index finger of the upper hand should also press hard against the ball. Rod. The grip must be relaxed but with good control of the club. The club should be held firmly in the hand but the hands should not be too tense
2.Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. You should place your non-dominant foot in front or closer to the target, with the back foot perpendicular to the target and the toe of the front foot pointed roughly in the direction of the target. Distribute your body weight evenly to both feet. Due to the force on the soles of the feet, the golf ball should be between the two feet. The ball should be kept at a certain distance from the feet, so that when the arms naturally droop, the club can touch the golf ball. If you have to reach for the ball when you hit the ball, you are too far away from the ball. If you have to keep your arms close to your body when you hit the ball, you are too close to the ball.
3. Target system Keep your shoulders, hips, knees, and feet facing the golf ball. Your body, ball, and target should be parallel. Imagine yourself standing on a train track, with your feet on one track and the ball on the other.
